Management

Mr. Gulzar is the founding partner and the CEO of UG Property Partners. Mr. Gulzar’s primary roles at UG Property Partners are corporate strategy, marketing, investor relations and leading the real estate investment activities including developing investment strategies, establishing partnerships and deal origination. Mr. Gulzar has several years of experience in real estate investment and asset management in the Danish market.

Prior to founding UG Property Partners, Mr. Gulzar held senior investment positions at the pan-European real estate investment manager, PATRIZIA, and the Danish property investment and asset management company, Fokus Asset Management.

Mr. Gulzar holds an MSc in Economics and Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School.

Mr. Ciftci functions as Legal Advisor for UG Property Partners.

Mr. Ciftci is a founding partner and the CEO of D&A Law Firm.

Mr. Ciftci has a law degree from the University of Copenhagen and the University of Southern Denmark.

Project Management

Mr. Risby Mortensen is an external consultant at UG Property Partners and offers project management, project cost management (including financial risk management) and traditional client design advisory.

Mr. Risby Mortensen's professional experience has been acquired through several years of employment in companies across the entire construction sector, including architectural firms, engineering firms, construction companies, developer in the public sector and with an investment and asset management company. These employments and functions have given Mr. Risby Mortensen a unique insight into and understanding of all parties' roles, focus and needs in a given construction process.

In addition, Mr. Risby Mortensen worked in Germany for 3 years, in Vietnam for approx. 18 months and for an American company in Denmark for more than 2 years.

Mr. Risby Mortensen has been a member of the board of RICS Denmark for the past 5 years.

Mr. Risby Mortensen has a degree in Architectural Technology and Construction Management from Byggeteknisk Højskole (today KEA) and has completed the first part of the Master of Management program at Copenhagen Business School.
